We started humbly but with a grand plan: To create the best-tasting food with a secret recipe that was passed down from generations of the past. Selling the finest food this world has ever tasted, end of story. And with nothing but catering family and friends events and this dream, we’ve grown and grown and exploded to this point where you’re reading this right now and probably salivating.

Our secret? It’s not one, admittedly. The best ingredients is a big part. An unrelenting love for chicken, burgers, and fish with delicious sides of mac & cheese, greens, sweet potatoes just to name a few is the other big part. Between all the family members involved we think we pretty much have our delicious food bases covered.

Turns out we also like expressing the best customer service to our customer that keeps them returning for great tasting authentic food, that can’t be found on this side of The Mississippi River though. We’re not making these delicious, one-of-a-kind burger creations to not share them with our human species brethren. We hope to share them with you, in fact. And soon.
